This policy explains what Field Ops Data LLC ("we") collects when you use FieldOps Pro and fieldopsdata.com, and how we handle it.
To provide and improve the service, sync and back up your data, process subscriptions, send transactional email (receipts, resets, backups you request), respond to support, and understand aggregate usage. If you download a free resource (like our template pack), we'll send it and a small number of relevant follow-up emails — every one has a working reply-to-opt-out.
We do not sell your personal information or your business data. We do not use your business data for advertising. We don't send third-party marketing.
We use a small set of processors to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google Workspace (business email), and PostHog (analytics). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
The app uses local storage to keep you signed in and to make offline mode work. Our sites use PostHog analytics to count visits and understand what's useful; we don't run third-party ad trackers.
Your data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation so you can export it or come back. To permanently delete your account and data, email garrett@fieldopsdata.com and we'll confirm deletion.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed (PBKDF2), and backups run automatically. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your business records like they run your business — because they do.
You can access and export your data in-app anytime, correct it in-app, or email us to request a copy or deletion. We honor applicable privacy-law requests (including under state privacy acts).
The service is for businesses and not directed to anyone under 18.
