Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FieldOps Pro, the software service provided by Field Ops Data LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FieldOps Pro is business-management software for field service companies: customer records, jobs, scheduling, estimates, invoices, time tracking, and related tools, available at app.fieldopsdata.com.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes.

3. Subscription, Trial & Billing

• New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected at signup; you are charged $0 during the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at $29 per month (per business, not per user) and renews monthly.
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. No refunds for partial months.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

4. Your Data

Your business data (customers, jobs, invoices, hours, and everything else you enter) belongs to you. You can export it anytime from Settings → Data, including after cancellation for a reasonable period. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach or overload our systems, or to resell the service without our written permission.

6. Payments You Collect From Your Customers

If you connect Stripe to collect payments from your own customers, that relationship is between you, your customer, and Stripe. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for disputes between you and your customers.

7. Availability & Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the service fast, backed up, and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field Ops Data LLC's total liability arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data.

9. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; your data export rights in Section 4 survive for a reasonable period.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
